Shipping & Delivery of your order

• Delivery cost :

The cost of the products delivery shall be according to the prices mentioned on the website.

• Delivery date :

This information will be shown to you on the website.

The estimated delivery time will be as follows:
- Estimated delivery time of our product to the shipping company: on the same day to 3 days.
- Estimated delivery time for a product from the shipping company to the customer: 3 to 7 days.

and that means the total Estimated delivery time will be: from 3 to 10 days.

• Delivery delay :

1. If we delayed delivery of the product for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this, and we will take steps to reduce the consequences of delay in delivery.
2. If there is no person at your address to receive the product and the product cannot be delivered, we will inform you in due course of how the product is delivered or received.
3. If you cannot receive the product from us as per agreed or you are unable to reschedule another product delivery date after following our failure to deliver the same to you at your address, we will contact you for further instructions. We will cancel your order according to the same conditions of sale when we are unable to contact you, or arrange a new date for delivery or delivery despite our continuous efforts in this regard.

• Requirements for proof of identity upon delivery :

Stylcom may, at its sole discretion, make any inquiries it deems necessary to verify your identity and / or ownership of your financial instruments by requesting to provide you with more information or documents, including, but not limited to, requesting any form of proof of identity and / or credit card. If Stylcom cannot verify the authenticity of any information you provide, Stylcom shall have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.

• Delivery from outside the country :

You may be registered as an importer if you request delivery of products from outside the country. In this case, you must verify that the required products are in compliance with the law and regulations, and you also have an obligation to pay all fees and customs prescribed for your purchases.

• Ownership of the products :

The products become owned by you as soon as they are delivered to you by us at the delivery address and you have paid the full amount.

• Issuing invoices:

We will issue an electronic invoice for the value of your purchases and send it to your email address which you provide.

Cancellation

• Cancellation of the purchase order:

You can cancel the purchase order immediately before shipping the product for any reason.

• Cancellation of your order from our side:

We may cancel your order upon:

1. Failure to pay the value of the purchases when they are due.
2. Your failure within the reasonable period of time that we determine for you in providing us with the information required to deliver the products to you.
3. Your non permission to us within a reasonable period of time to deliver the products to you or your fail to receive them.
4. In case of trying to buy in bulk or multiple purchase, note that you can contact us directly for bulk purchase orders.

• Bulk purchase and multiple purchase:

We reserve the right to refuse any orders, and at our discretion, if we discover a bulk purchase or multiple purchase of similar products.

Return

• The following table outlines our return and exchange policy by product category: 

• Non- Returnable Products:
  You are not entitled to return or exchange any of the following products:

1. Products that have been previously used, you have caused damage to it, or it became in a different condition from what you received.
2. Any products that are free of their serial number or have been tampered with.

• Any  products out of the following items: swimwear, socks, underwear, contact lenses, and public health and personal care related products and some baby products.

• How  to refund:
  Regarding the products that have been delivered, we will fully return the value of the product that are subject to return including the fee to return the product to us (except for the fees paid to ship the product to you) and this applies to the following Cases:

1. Defective products or their description violates what is stated on the website.
2. If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, such as an error in pricing, description, or delay in delivery on the agreed date, etc.
3. For all other cases, we will return the value of the product that is subject to return (excluding the fees paid to ship the product to you) provided that you bear the cost of returning the product to us.
4. For products that have not been delivered, you are entitled to receive their full value if you cancel the purchase order in accordance with the purchase order cancellation clause.

• Refund  procedures:
  When  will the amount be returned: The amount will be returned to you at the same time we received and examined the product at our customer goods preparation center, and you will receive the final amount as follows:

1. If the amount is to be returned to your credit / debit card: it will be done within thirty (30) days from the date we received the product that was returned to our customer's goods preparation center.
2. If the amount is to be returned to your electronic wallet, we will return the amount immediately after we receive the product at our customer's goods preparation center, and check it, or
3. If you cancel the purchase order before the shipment date, the amount will be returned to you automatically.
4. Defects and damages in the products

Warranty :
The warranty does not apply to any cases other than those related to defects in materials, design, or manufacturing, and the warranty shall be limited to repairing the defective product, replacing the defective part, replacing the product, or returning the amount according to the market price of the product itself (and this decision shall be in accordance with the estimation of the Site Administration), knowing that the warranty does not cover all products, and you should review listing the products to see if the product falls under the warranty.

• Warranty period :
  The repair or replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty does not constitute any right to extend or renew the warranty, and the terms of the warranty will be in accordance with the manufacturer of the product.

  The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

3. If any manipulation appears in the product body or its accessories.
